CS2 All Neo-Noir Skins Guide

Neo Noir skins present an easily recognizable visual aesthetic, despite looking very different depending on the weapon. The series took its name from a film genre that was all the rage in 1960s Hollywood. Think post-modern classics like Pulp Fiction, the first Blade Runner, or virtually any old movie with a morally ambiguous protagonist. However, the skins themselves do not lean toward “old Hollywood” style and instead resemble comic-book illustrations, with clear shapes and bright neon colors like cyan, purple, and hot pink. The signature visual detail of the set is heavily stylized images of girls (or, perhaps, a singular girl depicted at various stages of her Neo-Noir story) staring longingly into the middle distance. What’s not to love?

The USP-S was the first weapon to receive a Neo-Noir finish. The skin was introduced in March 2017 as part of the “Take a Trip to the Canals” update. It’s a Covert item that drops only from the Spectrum Case. The design uses pink, purple, and cyan alongside black and white sections for contrast. The high ratings that the skin received gave Valve a reason to expand the collection, and in just a year, the Neo-Noir family will receive two more entries.

Price: $29.6 (BS)–$189.25 (FN)

Next in life for the Neo Noir skins in CS2 (or, rather, CS:GO) was this beautiful M4A4 piece. While the pistol skin was by no means a common sight in the game, the rifle made the series feel even more exclusive. The M4A4’s larger body gave the artists more room to work with, and the familiar pink-faced girl was made to look even more intense with extra details like the Japanese-looking sword and clenched fists. The best part is that the look holds up even in Battle-Scarred. The core neon elements are still there, and with less white showing on the barrel and stock, the darker areas stand out more, making the design feel even cooler.

When the skin dropped in the February 2018 “Welcome to the Clutch” update as a rare Covert item in the Clutch Case, it quickly confirmed how much potential the style had. Therefore, it’s only natural that Valve added one more gun to the series later that same year.

AWP | Neo-Noir

Price: $37.35 (BS)–$55.75 (FN)

While most CS fans were busy talking about the Battle Royale side of the “Welcome to the Danger Zone” update, Neo-Noir fans had their own reason to celebrate. The Danger Zone Case had continued the tradition of releasing Neo-Noirs as Covert drops, and in December 2018, the game’s most famous sniper rifle joined the collection.

The AWP’s long body gave designers room to do something extra, and they decided to add a second character to the skin. The first girl is depicted in the traditional pinks and whites, while her colleague basks in purple and cyan. The skin managed to feel layered without getting messy, but its value didn’t skyrocket to souvenir highs.

Still, it’s a great skin, and like with other members of the collection, the design holds up well across wear levels. The image looks sharp even in Battle Scarred, which naturally makes it quite popular.

Glock-18 | Neo-Noir

Price: $33.60 (BS)–$339.3 (FN)

The "Operation Broken Fang" and the case that came with it brought us this beautiful Glock-18, which became the fourth among all Neo Noir skins in the game. Released in late 2020, this latest installment in the series kept both its color palette and Covert rarity, while the girl’s tears are just the cherry on this futuristic cake. However, unlike most of the family, the scratches of the higher floats ruin the skin’s vibe, making Factory New ones way more expensive. It's also the reason behind the strong demand for low-float versions of the skin that persists to this day.

UMP-45 | Neo-Noir BS CS2

BS

Price: $4.50 (BS)–$39.70 (FN)

As of early 2026, the UMP-45 is the latest skin to feature Neo Noir in CS 2. It was released in October 2024 with the Armory update and is included in the Gallery Case. This time, designers decided to add a sense of aggression to the skin, so the trademark girl was depicted wearing ski goggles and wielding a burning blade and a literal piece of flame. Both elements are done in bright cyan, which provides some much-needed contrast to the composition. However, the bright colors tend to fade as the wear level goes up, which naturally drags the cost down. It’s also the first Neo-Noir entry that isn’t Covert — though Classified is still a respectable tier.

Conclusion

As of early 2026, these are CS2 all Neo Noir skins available in the game. As you can see, the skins look rather different depending on the weapon, which is unusual for sets that don't have a pattern index. With cyan, purple, and pink (white and black more as the background) being the main colors, the Neo-Noir skins family is easily recognizable even at a glance. The Covert and Classified rarities keep the price and popularity of the designs pretty high, and many fans wonder what new guns will join the series next.

FAQ

The Neo-Noir skins are easily recognizable due to a distinct color set (purple, pink, and cyan). They also look different depending on the weapon, and tend to look great even at higher wear.

Glock-18 and M4A4 are the most popular Neo-Noir finishes, if only due to competition being pretty limited. The USP and AWP, on the other hand, have dozens of great skins to choose from, which keeps the prices a bit more manageable.
