With such popularity, AK-47 skins are always in demand, as most players would like their weapon to look unique if they’re going to use it every round anyway. But the highest-priced AK-47 skins in CS2 take this a step further, with items priced in thousands of dollars.

It’s one of the so-called “Blue Gem” patterns with the biggest amount of blue color on its visible parts, driving its price several times above what similar skins would typically cost. Yes, the basic version looks cool and makes the weapon bright and realistic (to some extent), but it has nothing on one of the game’s literal gems. Some ak case hardened blue gem patterns can reach a fortune in price.

While extremely popular, it’s also one of the most expensive AK skins in СS2 if you want a StatTrak option (and most players do).
Speaking of design, it’s not what we’d call flashy. As befitting a design inspired by a post-apocalyptic wasteland, it has gritty, industrial-looking elements, bold graffiti, and weathered textures. It’s like something straight out of a Mad Max movie, and it adds a whole new level of badassery to your weapon. So, it’s no wonder this skin is favored by the game pros and can cost you up to $1K.

The coeval Case Hardened skin, AK-47 — Vulcan is another instance of ‘classics.’ Being part of a pretty old and rare Huntsman Collection, this Covert piece is hard to find on the market. Created by a community designer jim’s, this skin is among one-time faves for CS2 professionals. There’s something very efficient to the way the gun looks, so that you can almost hear the satisfying “click” sounds it would make when reloaded.
The Vulcan is a good choice for CS2 professionals who prefer realistic skins but also want something flashy.

The first non-StatTrak AK on our list is the X-Ray, the design that seems to split the fanbase on whether it is a great visual take or downright ugly. Regarding the actual skin, it’s all in the name. Yellow and red are the main colors of this composition, showing how this old and reliable gun looks on the inside, including all the key mechanisms. As a side note, we believe that the Battle Scarred version of the skin looks extremely predatory, evoking images of splintered bloody bones and the like — an example of how wear can completely change a skin’s aesthetic.
Since the X-Ray doesn’t have a StatTrak option, its price is not as high as it could be. Still, a player must cash out up to $1,500 for a factory-new one. At the same time, it’s still a far cry from the most expensive AK skins in CS.

The combinations of white, brown, and light green have never been widely popular, but the CS2 community has no logical accounting of tastes.

This mystical serpent, resembling a painting from some Mesoamerican temple, looks like it’s going to bite, and your opponents better beware when they see it.

Since the Souvenir version is extremely valuable, Gold Arabesque came really close to the top of the most expensive AK skins in Counter-Strike 2. This golden gun is a comparatively new addition to the game, but don’t expect its price to go down anytime soon, with the current one ranging from $2,000 to almost $8,000, depending on the float.

Wild Lotus is considered one of the most expensive skins in counter-strike today.
The price tag for Wild Lotus starts at around $2,500, which is already in line with the best CS2 AK skins, but also increases to above $11K for the Factory New version. The skin itself looks like a piece of art, combining a rainbow-like impression with a pretty realistic floral ornament. Available since 2019, it is the most expensive AK skin in CS2 that rightfully deserves its place in the hearts of the fan base and any collector’s inventory.
