Best G3SG1 Skins in CS2

G3SG1 is a rare sight in modern CS2, especially at higher ranks, as it costs more than AWP, shoots and reloads slower than AK, and comes with only 20 bullets in a mag. However, there’s more to CS than just winning, and so the gun still sees some use. In fact, there are players who seem to enjoy casual G3SG1 rounds—noscope run’n’gunning and wallbanging the most insane spots on the most unexpected timings.

Sounds fun, right? Feels even more fun, especially when your G3SG1 isn’t that gloomy default skin, but one of many unique and cool options we’re going to review today. Dive in now and pick the most suitable G3SG1 for whatever outrageous fun you’re up to.

Please be aware that the prices listed reflect the rates as of September 2024 and are subject to change over time.

G3SG1 | Green Apple FT

We start our list of the best G3SG1 skins in CS2 with Green Apple—a skin from the 2014 “The Hunt Begins” update. As you can see, it isn’t all that different from the default look, yet the brightness and freshness of Green Apple make it stand out as one of the greatest simple and authentic G3SG1 skins in CS2. Running full W and noscoping enemies with this rifle feels super dynamic and entertaining.

Besides, the skin’s authenticity doesn’t seem to affect the price, and buying one of these in any condition shouldn’t be a problem for anyone. Looks like this one doesn’t have any real cons.

Moving to the next entry, G3SG1 | Contractor is a clean, minimalistic skin done in an army camo color palette. This one is an “oldie” too—it came out on July 1st, 2014, with the “Operation Breakout” update and became a go-to G3SG1 for those who prefer more realistic skin options. Designs with neutral matte colors are the tried-and-true classic of the game’s skin collection, and G3SG1 | Contractor is one of many items that prove it.

G3SG1 | Stinger BS

Next up is G3SG1 | Stinger—one of the most affordable G3SG1 skins that doesn’t look like trash. It comes with a classic design inspired by Mother Nature and enhanced with a slight sci-fi/futuristic touch in various lines and geometric shapes across the gun’s body. Sharp yellow details combined with the main dark pattern resemble a furious wasp that’s ready to strike – a very simple and catchy look.

G3SG1 | Stinger came out on November 28th, 2016, with the Glove Case. The skin is pretty new and has a good supply, so the prices are low. Would you buy one of these?

G3SG1 | Orange Kimono BS

Now, let’s check G3SG1 | Orange Kimono, released on May 26th, 2015, in the “The Hunter and the Hunted” update. Although its colors are quite similar to those of our previous entry, Orange Kimono has a completely different vibe. Does it have anything to do with Japan? We can’t say for sure. Perhaps the creator was inspired by some specific kimono model.

However, what we can say for sure is that the symmetry of the ornaments combined with an amber handle and the stock give a strong impression of a fancy toy gun for players who value aesthetics above realism.

Next on our list is G3SG1 | Dream Glade—with such vibrant artwork, it might be the best G3SG1 in CS2. It first saw the world on January 20th, 2022, in the Dreams & Nightmares Case, and immediately became extremely popular for its whimsical looks. Cute, mysterious creatures gazing around from an underwater jungle—what a stylish piece!

Playing with Dream Glade feels awesome, and it’s hard to believe that the price is actually very low. Less than $3 for a Factory New ST restricted skin, what a joke!

G3SG1 | High Seas BS

We’re moving to perhaps the most unique design on our list of the best G3SG1 skins. High Seas was released on August 1st, 2018, in the Horizon Case and initially caused some confusion in the community. The combination of colors, geometric shapes, and illustrations seemed too bizarre at first glance.

As soon as a bunch of people unboxed a BS High Seas, the community discovered that it had a completely different flavor as compared to the FN quality. So, technically, it could be 2 different skins, like, for instance, Red Laminate and Green Laminate.

G3SG1 | Flux

G3SG1 | Flux FN

G3SG1 | Flux BS

BS

It’s time to look at G3SG1 | Flux, arguably the best G3SG1 skin for neon lovers. Just check it out—it’s almost perfect. And although it’s currently slightly less popular than the Dream Glade, we find Flux the more striking of the two. First of all, it has a dope abstract design that looks like a sports car from the 90s. Besides, the pattern leaves a lot of room for stickers, which can be a great benefit, especially now that you can rotate and stack them.

Flux was introduced into the game on September 17th, 2015, in the Shadow Case and has remained one of the most sought-after G3SG1 skins ever since.

Next up is G3SG1 | The Executioner—a vigorous skin dominated by the color red that serves as a background for raw bone illustrations. Overall, this skin kind of gives you chills—it looks brutal and cruel. Just imagine some futuristic tribal cannibals approaching you armed with these. How would you feel?

The Executioner was released on December 11th, 2015, with the Revolver Case to become the most savage among the best CS G3SG1 skins.

Last but not least on our list of the best CS2 G3SG1 skins is the Demeter—a 2013 weapon from the Operation Bravo Case. A subtle hint of orange at the center creates a unique blend, setting it apart from the other options on our list of CS2 best G3SG1 skins and adding a touch of extra style.
