Best CS2 Female Teams
We’re all living our best lives now that we finally get to see women dominating the esports scene, especially in our favorite game, as pros and competing for serious cash prizes. Sure, it’s not all unicorns and rainbows, but the progress is real. So, join us as we dive into the top 5 best female CS2 teams you need to know about!
Imperial Female
When it comes to the most popular Counter-Strike female teams, you can’t overlook Imperial Valkyries. After Nigma Galaxy’s disbanded, did you think their pro players would be left in the dust? Think again! First, they regrouped as Team Pigeons, and then, the tables turned, and the entire squad, except for Ksenia "vilga" Klyuenkova, was picked up by one of the most well-known CS organizations in LATAM—Imperial Esports.
Although this squad's country of origin is the same as that of their male counterparts, Brazil, the newly assembled roaster is incredibly diverse. Founded in 2019, the Imperial Esports organization experimented with different roasters several times, but they struck gold in 2024 when they brought on ex-Nigma Galaxy stars: ANa (a multi-time winner of Women’s Player of the Year by HLTV), twenty3, tory, and Kat.
As if that wasn’t enough, when still in Pigeons, the CS veteran, zAAz, joined the core stack, stepping into some big shoes after vilga. But Zainab Turkie delivered. With her as their new IGL, Imperial Valkyries continue to dominate the pro female CS scene. The stats don’t lie—Imperial Female is the top team in EU tournaments and on HLTV’s rating, making them the best female CS2 team in the world.
Under hyskeee’s coaching, the ladies have already bagged the ESL Impact League Season 5 title, defeating NiP fe. This Imperial’s women roaster has been the undisputed champion for the most years of the CS female era.

FURIA Esports Female
This is the second-best female CS2 team that leads HLTV’s top Rating 2.0 list and is a force to be reckoned with. It’s reasonable since three of its members are among the top 8 female pro players in the global female ranking. The major stars are, of course, kaahSENSEI and izaa, who’ve been with FURIA from the very beginning and whom you must have heard about if you’re following the female pro scene.
Formed in 2020, this Counter-Strike women’s team has a rich history of highs and lows, but they consistently perform well in nearly t every tournament. They rarely changed their roster, but in 2024, FURIA Esports Female parted ways with ex-teammates annaEX and GaBi and the coach RMN. Currently led by the coach Jhonatan “jnt” Silva, the new mixed roster wants to start fresh and get past their defeats against Fluxo Demons and former Nigma Galaxy, whom FURIA almost dethroned in past ESL Impact Finals.

FlyQuest RED
FlyQuest RED ranks second in North America and is currently the best female CS2 team, with Rating 2.0 almost on par with FURIA Female. Although the FlyQuest RED esports organization was established in 2017, their female CS team only broke into the pro scene in 2023. Since then, they’ve racked up multiple wins in the ESL Impact Winter 2024 Cash Cup North America and have become a well-known opponent for other teams on our list.
Recently, FlyQuest RED had a tough year after struggling at the ESL Impact League Season 5 Finals. The team obviously struggled despite strong performances from its elderly stars BiBiAhn and GooseBreeder, who are also among the top female pro players on HLTV. To shake things up, team management decided to say goodbye to uhKelsie and madss. Instead, they’ve signed emy and vanessa, and assistant coach Shakezullah. The new international roaster has high hopes for a brighter future with improved game tactics at the upcoming ESL Impact League Season 6 tournament.

MIBR Female
This squad takes its well-deserved fourth position on our list of the best female CS teams. However, in LATAM, the MIBR ladies are number three, and it’s something to be proud of in their current situation. Just like their male CS2 counterparts, MIBR Female has faced challenges in finding the perfect lineup since their inception in 2021. The management had changed the roaster more than 10 times before finally completing the core five in 2024. MIBR esports organization seized its chance to reinforce the revamped international roaster after GaBi was released from FURIA, adding her as a star player.
MIBR Female has already shown promising results by defeating other female CS2 teams like ex-DIVINA Female, Atrix, and panelinha at the ESL Impact League Season 5: South American Division tournament. But despite securing a win at the ESL Impact Cash Cup in LATAM multiple times, they still struggle to surpass their eternal rival, FURIA Esports Female. But with determination and skill, who knows what the future holds for these ladies. A fun fact about MIBR is that it’s a well-known acronym for ‘Made in Brazil.’

NAVI Javelins
Quick disclaimer: NAVI Javelins currently have a 1.07 K/D ratio, placing them in one position below Fluxo Demons. However, it’s only a temporary setback—you know that in Counter-Strike, the rating changes overnight—and we simply can’t say that Demons are better than Javelins on a global scale.
Among other CS2 female teams, NAVI is probably one of the most popular ever, thanks to the continuous male roster’s dominance. But their female team is making waves too, consistently delivering strong performances and great results in the global female CS pro arena. Not to mention vicu, the AWP star player, who has been nominated for the Women’s Player of the Year award for several years in a row.
Natus Vincere, the Ukrainian esports organization, entered the women's league in 2022 with their own team, NAVI Javelins, which quickly reached the number three ranking in the EU region. Until recently, the squad consisted of only Polish players, but in August 2024, team managers decided to part ways with Liina and LETi. Javelins desperately needed some tactical and playstyle changes, so they signed ASTRA and D7 instead, making it an international roaster with big ambitions. Javelins are aiming to climb the ranks in the upcoming the next season.
